Craving Jean

I've said it before, but I'll say it again.

"I will never throw out perfectly good clothing again!"

Jean jackets have come back in style. I used to have one that I wore everywhere. It was an absolute staple in my wardrobe. Of course, somewhere over the last five years, I got rid of it. Probably out of a fit of rage when it became too small for me (or, rather, I became too big for it).

So, my new mission is to find a cute jean jacket for fall. I'm pretty sure I like the darker washes, but I can't decide for sure between a regular length and a cropped length.

A First

Over the last few months I've dropped a little weight. I'm down twenty pounds and I'm finally to the point where I'm not completely ashamed of my body.

To commemorate this very special occasion, I'm doing my first "outfit" post. It's something I've wanted to do for a while. Even though I'm still a little, well, thick, I'm not too embarrassed to post my picture for the world to see.

So here it is...

I'd love to hear feedback. It's not the most exciting outfit, but I just really like the vest.
